Guesthouse "Cristallo"

The apartment of 2 1/2 rooms on 60 m2 disposes of 5 sleeps. Access is from the courtyard and the porch is connected to a big area with living room, dining angle and a modern kitchen. The fireplace, Internet (WiFi) and TV/radio transmit the kind of confort you need while you prefer to rest during a rainy day.

The spacious bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. The bed-sofa in the living room offers space for two. The stairs at the entrance bring you to the open attic which has a junior bed. The whole apartment was furnished with accuracy. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.

There are two garden spaces: one in the front of the living room overlooking the natural swimming pool and a private garden with pergola and barbecue.

You don't need to care for anything - you can feel at home. Immersed into the quietness of the Umbrian countryside you can give yourself to relaxation.

On demand, we can arrange a mobile fence so to keep your dog under control.
